Your new role
Fixed Term - 12 Months, Full-Time (40 hours per week)As an Asbestos Project Manager based in Westminster, you will oversee and manage asbestos-related projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your role will involve leading a team, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

* Excellent project management skills
* Previous experience of leading teams is preferred
* Experience of working in a social housing environment is essential.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
* Experience of developing teams
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, in presentation and in writing, with a wide range of people and groups
