TMC Account Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional TMC Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years in a similar TMC Account Management role.
Role:
The role of Account Management is to manage the strategic commercial relationship between our organisation and its valued customers. This role is a senior position within the UK Account Management team with responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
2. Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on client needs.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in TMC Account Management.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
