Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Outbound Prospecting:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential clients and introduce our services.
Qualifying Leads:
Assess the needs and pain points of potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for our services.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results to the sales manager.
Qualifications & Skills
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
