Construction Services Administrator
Fixed term maternity cover 9 – 12 months

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Services Administrator to join our Construction Division on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. The role is based in Carlisle - There has never been a better time to join!
The Role
Based in our Carlisle head office, you will be supporting our Construction Services Co-ordinator giving support across all areas of the site and commercial teams. You will be provided with on-the-job training and will be fully supported in your role.
Your main areas of responsibility will include:
* Supporting the Construction Service Co-ordinator with various admin duties linked to site, operational and commercial teams
* Processing of delivery tickets and uploading onto the system
* Distribution of invoices to Site Managers to gain approval ahead of goods received process
* Processing of invoices to meet mid-month and month-end payment run deadlines
* Handling purchase card activity, to correctly code and allocate transactions ahead of monthly deadline
* Taking general enquiries from site teams and other departments
* Be available as an additional point of contact for labour on site
* Any other reasonable duties in addition to the above and fitting to the job role
