About the role We're searching for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join us in developing innovative AI solutions that streamline vehicle profiling and revolutionise the online car buying and selling experience. You'll be a key player in building and deploying high-quality computer vision models and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Generative AI. In this role, you will Develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance computer vision models in production environments. Implement best practices for MLOps, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and cloud-based orchestration. Design and ship innovative GenAI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into technical realities. Mentor other ML practitioners, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar for the entire team. Stay at the forefront of the ML landscape, identifying and adopting new techniques and tools. About you You have strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries like PyTorch or TensorFlow. You're experienced in deploying, maintaining, and optimising deep learning pipelines for maximum efficiency and performance. You possess a deep understanding of machine learning principles, deep learning techniques, and concepts like prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). You're familiar with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or AutoGen. You're proficient in ML-Ops practices and tools, with a basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD. You have experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deploying models in production. You're proficient in Docker and cloud-based container orchestration services like AWS Fargate or Google Cloud Run.
