An exciting opportunity awaits at a leading financial services firm near Northampton for a Lead Business Analyst. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of Business Analysts and Testers, with a primary focus on driving Business Change initiatives. The ideal Senior BA will have extensive experience with Salesforce, a solid background in the full project lifecycle within Financial Services, and familiarity with various methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
Preferred Certifications: ISEB, Lean, Prince 2, CBAP, Six Sigma
Core Experience Required:
3. 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst within Financial Services
4. Expertise in Salesforce
5. Operational design and process re-engineering experience
6. Highly desirable qualifications: Business Analysis (ISEB, Lean/Six Sigma) and Project Management (Prince 2)
7. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
