Sales Lead at Ameba

Your Role as Sales Lead
As the Sales Lead at Ameba, you will work directly with our founding CEO and Head of Growth & Marketing to build Ameba’s sales playbook from scratch, including the ideal tactics, channels and cadence to find and nurture potential customers. This is a key role that requires someone highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
You will be responsible for:
* Building and refining an end-to-end sales process, including a tried and tested prospecting playbook
* Overseeing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, creating impactful conversations and product demos
* Identifying and prospecting target customers, implementing multi-touch messaging tactics to drive leads towards demo bookings
* Cultivating and managing strong relationships with key prospects and decision-makers over time, identifying their pain points and demonstrating Ameba’s ability to meet their specific needs
* Conducting thorough market research, assessing competitive landscapes and relaying actionable customer feedback to our Product team to contribute to platform enhancements
* Analysing trends within our pipeline data to continuously improve and optimise the sales process - you will be your own RevOps support!

* We work together onsite 5 days a week to ensure everyone is set up for success within our way of working. While we offer flexibility for working from home when needed, our priority at this early stage is to build a great in-person experience.
* Our beautiful private office in Central London, across from Spitalfields market in a converted warehouse, is just a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station.
* We offer 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays (we'll pay you back the difference if you don't take it!). In addition to that allowance, we shut down entirely over the winter holiday season for 2 weeks to allow everyone to disconnect completely.
* We provide maternity and paternity leave at 100% salary.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
* 4-6 years full-time working experience
* Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales at a VC-backed company
* Demonstrated ability to build an end-to-end sales process and manage leads through the funnel both as an SDR and AE
* Track record of creating and driving new business, through strategic approaches and sheer hustle!
* Evidence of excellence in the past as an outperformer in your previous roles
* Comfort pitching to top level execs and end users alike
* High energy and results-oriented mindset, with the drive to continually raise the bar
* Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
* Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
* Willingness to roll your sleeves up and hustle - you will be responsible for finding new leads and securing demo calls yourself
