Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare tender and contract documents.
* Manage risks, value, and costs.
* Provide advice on contractual claims.
* Write progress reports.
* Value completed work and arrange payments.
* Stay updated on building contracts and health and safety regulations.
* Mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in a senior role.
* Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
* Strong numerical and data analysis skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software.
* Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* MRICS or FRICS.
