We’re looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team and help drive success across one of our market-leading media platforms. If you're passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!
While previous media sales experience isn’t required, we’re looking for someone who’s driven, eager to learn, and ready to bring a fresh perspective to the team.
💼 What You’ll Do:

Support business development across multiple platforms – print, digital, and events
*
Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face
*
Learn to create compelling sales proposals and support negotiations
*
Attend industry events and gain hands-on experience in media sales
*
Work closely with senior team members and leadership to meet targets
*
Contribute to team goals while working towards your individual KPIs
✅ What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of sales experience (doesn’t have to be media-related)
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow
*
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
*
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
*
A team player with the desire to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
