Health and Social Care Coordinator
Margaret Clitherow Trust (MCT; Reg Charity No. (phone number removed)) seeks to recruit a further professional with a health and/or social care background to tackle health inequalities and ensure the most vulnerable in our society can access the care they need. Purpose and duties:
Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities have the poorest health outcomes out of any ethnic groups in the UK, including in relation to child mortality, suicide rates and life expectancy (House of Commons, 2019).
