An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Transformation Team supporting acute and community services across Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a dynamic Band 2 Transformation Clerical Officer who is highly motivated and innovative to join a dynamic team and support on all general administration duties.
Successful applicants are required to have experience of general administration duties. They will need to be organized and a highly motivated individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team.

The role will support the Transformation Team by providing comprehensive clerical support. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing diaries, which includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events as required.
2. Coordinating, preparing, and disseminating documentation in relation to projects and their associated meetings.
3. Preparing agendas, taking notes, and undertaking general administrative duties.
4. Contributing to the corporate management style of the team to develop, implement, and maintain effective office systems and procedures.
5. Playing a pivotal role in managing and supporting the Transformation event.
6. Taking a lead role in the development and maintenance of a webpage for the team.
7. Supporting the team in the development and regular production of a variety of media to communicate the work of the team to the wider organization.
This role may at times require providing support to the Transformation Team at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.
