Lloyd & Cowan are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a supportive and growing practice in Middlesborough.
You will work alongside experienced vets and a skilled nursing team, benefiting from a diverse and varied caseload that allows for the pursuit of specific clinical interests. Whether your focus is on exotics, soft tissue surgery, ophthalmology, or developing a new area of expertise, this role provides ample opportunity for professional growth.
The practice emphasises teamwork, regular meetings, and one-to-one support, ensuring that all colleagues have a voice in shaping protocols and progression.
This position is ideal for a vet with a few years of experience, comfortable with routine consults and surgeries, and keen to progress in their career. There will be occasional sole charge responsibilities and shared Saturday shifts. If you work a Saturday, the following weekend will be a long weekend off. The practice is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays, promoting work-life balance.

About the Practice
