Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. Build a culture of accountability and motivation, ensuring consistent team performance. Provide structured feedback and training to drive individual development and team progression. Sales and Account Management Oversee and support the sales team in generating new business and managing key accounts. Ensure seamless account management, from initial engagement to ongoing client retention and growth. Monitor and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and drive results. Strategic Growth Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Identify new market opportunities and work with the team to capitalise on them. Align team activities with broader business objectives to contribute to sustainable growth. Operational Oversight Track and report on team performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Conduct regular reviews and implement strategies to enhance sales pipelines and conversion rates. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in leading and managing sales or account management teams. Background in waste management, environmental services, or related sectors is highly desirable. Strong business development skills with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
