We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients London-based team. The role focuses on partnering with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR advice to leaders, supporting workforce planning and talent development.
* Drive employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
* Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making.
* Support recruitment, learning, and development programs.
* Lead change management activities and organisational design projects.
* Collaborate on regional and global HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Proven HR Business Partner experience, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset and experience using HR data to drive solutions.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
* Experience of HR systems (ADP desirable)
