Job Title: Finance Administrator

Remuneration: £13.46 - £17.31 per hour

Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading Tech company, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to their Finance and Contract Support teams, ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Match, verify, and reconcile invoices against purchase orders, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
Vendor Liaison: Chase outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintain effective communication with vendors.
Purchase Order Preparation: Generate and process accurate purchase orders for client billing, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, including invoices, purchase orders, and billing documentation.
Client Support: Assist in the preparation and delivery of client billing statements, as well as respond to related inquiries.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with their finance and contract support teams to streamline processes and provide general administrative support as required.
Compliance: Adhere to financial regulations and company policies, ensuring all tasks meet auditing and reporting standards.
Required:
Previous experience in a finance, accounts payable, or administrative role.
Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables and basic formulas).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Confident communicator with a professional approach to liaising with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred:
Experience with invoice processing and billing.
