Roleoverview
As a Senior Social MediaCreative your primary responsibility will be to concept and createsocial content that wins time for our clients.
Youll oversee and enhance the creative output ofyour team and come up with your own original ideas that push theboundaries of whats possible winning attention awards and theconfidence of our clients.
Youre experienced atdeveloping 360 creative ideas broad enough to span multipletouchpoints across social from organic to influencer andadvertising.
Working with the strategy andaccounts teams and with other creatives youll help ensure that ourcreative work is a winning combination of culturally relevantuseful and entertaining.
Youre curiousmindedlooking for and finding audience insights that help you reachbetter creative solutions.
You will bereportingto the Creative Director youll manage a team of morejunior creatives guiding and inspiring them to deliver the bestsocial content. Youll lead by example producing content that is thebest of yourself while overseeing and contributing to your teamsraised standards.
Youll be obsessivelyefficiencydriven taking it upon yourself to understand how yourwork and your teams work are performing and finding ways toimprove.

* ExperienceSocial Media Creative:57 years of experience workingin a creative role with specific expertise in producing both staticand video content for social media across multipleplatforms.
* Portfolioof HighImpact Static and Video Campaigns:A sturdyportfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns including amix of highquality static visuals and engaging video content (e.g.shortform videos animations reels and stories).
* Technical Proficiencyin Static and Video Content Creation Tools:Advancedskills in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustratorfor static content and After Effects and Premiere Pro for videoediting and animations. Familiarity with other video productiontools (e.g. Final Cut Pro Canva or mobile editing apps) would begreat.
* Experiencein EndtoEnd Content Production:Ability to conceptstoryboard produce and edit both static and video assets managingthe entire production process from ideation toexecution.
* Understandingof PlatformSpecific Static and Video Formats:Indepthknowledge of social media best practices including formatspecifications length and creative techniques optimised for eachplatform (e.g. Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shortsetc).
* Experiencein MultiFormat Campaign Development:Demonstratedability to create and adapt content for multiple formats includingsingleimage posts carousel graphics shortform videos animations andlive content to maximise engagement andreach.
* Experiencewith Video Production Elements:Knowledge of basicfilming techniques lighting audio and motion graphics and directingshoots when needed to produce highquality videocontent.
* TrendAwareness in Static and Video Content:Ability toincorporate current trends in both static design and video formatsto create relevant and entertainingcontent.
