Summary
£35,000 - £42,000 per annum | As of 1st March 2025, our pay will be increasing to £36,000 - £44,500 | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be responsible for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues. You will take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example to support your team.
What you'll do
1. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers.
2. Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Lead and inspire the team to fulfil their potential using our Leadership & Company Principles.
4. Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs.
5. Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer queries.
6. Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines.
