Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Lisburn
Artemis Human Capital is working with a long-standing legal firm in Lisburn to recruit a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support a busy residential property team. This is a great role for someone with experience in conveyancing who enjoys being a key part of a close-knit, client-focused office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing full secretarial support to a senior solicitor/director
* Preparing legal documentation including contracts, transfer deeds and completion statements
* Managing client communications and diary management
* Handling file opening/closing and supporting compliance procedures
* Liaising with estate agents, clients and other legal firms to progress transactions
You’ll Need:
* Experience as a legal secretary, ideally with exposure to conveyancing work
* Strong audio/copy typing and IT skills (case management systems, Word, Outlook)
* A proactive and organised approach with great attention to detail
* Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team
* Professional, friendly communication skills
