About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a Nuclear client who provides design through to manufacture services, seeking a skilled EC&I (Electrical, Control & Instrumentation) Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a prestigious 10-year project, focusing on a Plant Lifetime Extension Upgrade. The successful candidate will have previous nuclear experience and the ability to read termination diagrams and follow instructions meticulously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement EC&I systems for the project.
2. Read and interpret termination diagrams and other technical documents.
3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
5. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project life cycle.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in the nuclear sector.
2. Between 2-6 years EC&I Engineering experience.
3. Strong knowledge of EC&I engineering principles.
4. Ability to read and interpret termination diagrams.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
