Bringing that feel-good energy.
We're the newest face amongst the E.ON group of companies. E.ON Next is all about creating a sustainable future, now. We're moving our energy in the right direction, one little big step at a time. Join us in our mission to bring feel-good energy.
We’re also here to make this whole energy thing way easier for our customers. Like, really easy. That means providing exceptional service and using state-of-the-art tech to do it.
At E.ON Next, we are on a mission to redefine the energy landscape. As a significant player in the UK energy market, we are driving change towards more sustainable and innovative energy solutions. We are in search of energetic, creative, and talented individuals to join our dynamic start-up environment.
As a Product Analyst at E.ON Next, you will be instrumental in understanding, supporting, and progressing a diverse set of products that cater to our expanding customer base and Energy Specialists. Your role will involve working closely with our business, internal and external development teams, harnessing your skills to better define complex problems, understand industry trends, and apply best practices to help our products measure against & smash their goals.
The Product area you’ll be supporting is Contact. * Quickly gain expertise in specific focus areas and manage the impact of incidents and bug fixes.
* Own and prioritise elements of the Contact team's product backlog, translating problems into clear features.
* Validate and test new tech with business teams, understanding its value to support prioritisation.
* Build a strong stakeholder network and explore offline solutions to design alternative mitigations.
* All our Product Analysts create value and provide valuable insight to better our products. However, our Senior Product Analysts do come with more experience, so we expect more of them. This includes: guiding on more complex and business-critical product initiatives, establishing and running a guild on a relevant topic of your choosing, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices, and seeking insights and learnings from both internal and external sources, bringing this back to the team and our products to ensure we continue to innovate.
Are we the perfect match?
