The difference you will make as a Retrofit Co-ordinator
You will work within the Retrofit Team and report to The Contract manager. Specifically managing the PAS 2035 process throughout projects. Crucially ensuring compliance with the procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects. Guiding the decision-making process and protecting the resident’s interest from survey to handover.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Extensive experience in the building industry, ideally working within a customer focused housing repair and maintenance team
* Thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
* Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts

Role Profile
* Ensure every domestic retrofit project is compliant with PAS2035.
* Provide end-to-end project coordination i.e. from the inception of a retrofit project to handover and beyond.
* Identify, assess and manage the technical and process risks associated with domestic retrofit projects.
* Protect both the Client’s interest and the public interest.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards, providing efficient and effective technical expertise, contract management, planning and administrative support.
* Consult with Riverside Sustainability, procurement and delivery teams and agree and record the intended outcomes of the project.
* Manage the integration of energy efficiency measures alongside other improvements.
* Manage project delivery for all planned investment works.
* Undertake contract management in accordance with the appropriate form of contract.
* Contribute to the development and review of relevant budgets.
* Maintain accurate Planned Investment records.
* Manage Planned Investment stakeholder and customer enquiries effectively.
* Ensure internal business processes are followed in line with the Group’s policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
* Respond flexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential
* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Extensive experience in the building industry, ideally working within a customer focused housing repair and maintenance team.
* Thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
* Effective contract management skills including managing service and maintenance contracts.
* Effective stakeholder management, both internally and external to the organisation.
* Evidence of using sound judgement when making effective decisions.
* Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
