To support our ambitious journey, we’re looking for an Interim Management Accountant to join our team in Ross-on-Wye and play a key part in our finance transformation. Whether you’re ready for your next step or want to build on your existing experience in a high-impact role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, supportive team Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider business, you’ll provide accurate, timely financial insight to help drive smarter decision-making during a crucial period of expansion. Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L and cost centre analysis Forecast cash flow and analyse cost of sales Partner with operational teams to align budgets and business goals Support budget planning, forecasting and modelling Maintain the fixed asset register and process journals Oversee VAT and bank reconciliations Contribute to simplification and improvement of financial reporting processes Manage intercompany transactions and assist with group reporting What we’re looking for We’re looking for more than just experience — we’re after someone who’s curious, organised, and excited by the opportunity to be part of a business that’s growing fast.
