We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well established company based in Portslade. As a Customer Service Administrator your role will be varied from handling the telephone to liaising with Customers and Suppliers, along with order processing and other general administration duties. Job duties of a Customer Service Administrator are as follows: Raising quotes Communicating with customers over the telephone Dealing with enquiries Liaising with Suppliers, Customers and other departments within the business Other ad hoc duties Skills and experience required: Previous Customer Service experience Strong IT skills such as Excel, Outlook, etc… A keen eye for detail and excellent time keeping Strong communication skills both written and verbally Company benefits: 25 days holiday bank holidays Performance related bonus Onsite training This is a fully office based role in Portslade working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and finishing at 4pm on Fridays, paying a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
