Digital Marketing Executive
Position: Digital Marketing Executive Reports to: Head of Marketing
Hours of Work: 38 hours per week, working Monday - Friday 8.30pm - 5.15pm Location: Letchworth
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
* Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
* Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
* Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, engaging with our audience.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve results.
* SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
* Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
Requirements:
* Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of 18 months of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
* Skills:
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
* Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
