So, who are we looking for?
Are you ready to make a difference and spread some positivity?
Working closely with the Head of Client Relationships you'll make sure complaints are resolved quickly and effectively. You'll be able to showcase your customer service excellence and strong communication with your ability to create a strong rapport and connections with our residents and clients.
And what will you be doing?
No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:
* Promptly acknowledge and log formal complaints received from customers
* Regularly report on open complaints and work with the operations team to help ensure that SLAs are achieved
* Work with the operations team to resolve existing complaints in a timely manner
* Report common themes and trends in complaints to help improve service delivery
* Circulate and assist the production of client reports, ensuring that all deadlines are met
* Provide initial acknowledgment of poor reviews and assist in de-escalating issues
* Log site inspections on external client portals
* Support in the response to key client requests and ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively
* Monitor our performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure we meet our targets
* Provide high-quality customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
* Liaise with other departments to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
* Manage conflicts proactively and effectively, achieving pragmatic solutions
* Assist the Head of Client Relationships in various tasks and projects as needed
