We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and results-driven Trade Call Centre Parts Advisor to join our team and help provide a first-class customer service, helping the department to hit monthly targets.

Hours
Full time: Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm and one Saturday shift per month 8am – 12pm.
About the role
Our Parts Advisors work in our trade call centre, dealing with a high volume of trade calls and emails daily. Your main responsibility will be to answer the calls and emails, build strong relationships with customers and a good customer base to help the department achieve the monthly targets.
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is hard working, reliable, and can adapt to different types of trade customers and queries on a daily basis. You will also need to understand the department goals and actively help to achieve these.
Day-to-day duties
* Answer as many calls as possible in a professional manner throughout the day and look to build relationships to sell as much as possible.
* Help cover different email accounts that are offered to the trade and Arnold Clark branches.
* Help cover the trade shop when required – this requires serving customers face to face.
* General housekeeping – we take card transactions throughout the day, so all card slips and invoices must be dealt with in the correct manner. We also operate a clean desk policy, which you must adhere to.
* Help with any other tasks that management need carried out on a daily basis – these include helping with reports, receipting or parts ordering.
Essential skills
* All essential training will be given
* Motor vehicle knowledge to some extent
* A high level of accuracy and the ability to multi-task
* Strong communication skills are required, as we work alongside our transport and picking department and you will need to keep customers updated with orders
Nice to have but not essential…
* Previous parts experience is preferred
* Rev8, Autocat and EPC (electronic parts catalogue) experience is preferred
