We are looking to add a new administrator to our existing friendly, hardworking team due to a retirement within our team.
x1 vacancy for 12 hours per week;
Monday 2 - 6pm
Thursday 2 - 6pm
Friday 2 - 6pm
We are looking for this role to start as soon as reasonably possible.
The Chislehurst Partnership is a friendly high achieving suburban partnership in the London Borough of Bromley with a countryside feel. Currently operating from two sites (The Chislehurst Medical Practice & The Woodlands Practice) there are 9 partners, with 6 salaried doctors and full complement of nurses including ANP and HCA.
The successful candidates will be expected to work across the two sites.
Main duties of the job
1. This role is varied and covers all aspects of general practice admin. The ideal candidates must be a team player able to adapt to changing work practices and be flexible to cover sickness and holidays. The ideal candidates must have attention to detail as accuracy is a key requirement of the role. You must also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

We have a patient list size of circa 25,000. We are a 9 Partner partnership with a team of Salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and a Nursing team. Our staff are friendly and hard-working and together we provide a high level of care to the local community. We are a well organised, progressive, forward-thinking Partnership. We are part of the Mottingham, Downham & Chislehurst (MDC) Primary Care Network and share across our practices a wide range of additional roles including, Clinical pharmacists, Physicians associates, Social Prescribers, a Mental Health Practitioner and Paramedic.

Main duties of the role (not an exhaustive list) :
2. Read coding and annotating medical records on to EMIS Web
3. Scanning post
4. Filing medical records
5. Assisting the team with QOF work
6. Supporting the Safeguarding admin lead
7. Entering and extracting information via the computer system
8. Managing queries relating to the administration team
9. Provide holiday and sickness cover for colleagues as agreed
10. Work across both sites
11. General Office administration as required
