Are you looking for a job in Finance? We are offering the opportunity for a job role supporting our Children & families in our community with ongoing financial support.
This full-time office-based job role is split between working at St Mary's House, Eastbourne and County Hall, Lewes. Travel will be funded by the service between sites. The role will involve all procurement activities (raising purchase orders, invoices and paying of the same) in relation to finance and undertaking PCard (credit card) requests and payments for our service area. The candidate will work alongside an existing officer and be part of the wider Business Support management team.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in the finance field, particularly procurement; raising and passing invoices for payment, raising purchase orders, processing and issuing petty cash, processing credit card requests and paying of the same.

St Mary's House, where the main base is for the post holder, is 5 minutes walk from the main train station and thriving town of Eastbourne. There are direct trains between Eastbourne and Lewes with the County Hall office being a 10-minute walk from Lewes station. All travel between sites will be funded by us. There is a public car park at County Hall if you are driving.
