Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working in partnership with an Alfreton based concrete casting company, assisting their search for a semi dry caster to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a physically intense, manual job and ideally the right candidate will have some experience working in a concrete based environment.
The Job:
* Using a semi dry mix to manually make concrete castings
* Stripping castings out of moulds
* Quality checking and ensuring all products are up to spec, without any cracks or defects
About You:
* Experience working in a concrete casting environment
* Comfortable with manual labouring and heavy lifting
* Looking for a long-term opportunity
The Pay:
Starting rate of between £12.20 (depending on experience) - moving onto piece work once trained and confident - earning up to £17 per hour and beyond.
The Hours:
Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm.
