Newbury Investments businesses invest in Sales Trainees from the beginning, offering both internal and external industry-leading training tailored to the individual where possible. This can include but not limited to; commercial knowledge, sales training, self-development opportunities, financial and analytical skills and understanding the operational side of the business, beginning with enrolling you onto the sales training delivered by our sister company BMS Progress within the first year of your employment. Every trainee will also receive 1 to 1 mentoring from an experienced business manager. Current roles on offer:
There are opportunities Nationally across the 93 locations. These are generally office based Sales Trainees that usually have the potential to develop into field-based sales roles called Area Sales Managers. Typically, you will begin your career as a Sales Trainee which would see you learn and understand all aspects of the business. This would see you develop over a period, with the first few months focussing on training, and after this time to be introduced to your sales targets. There is scope for this role to develop into more client facing further down the line.

Salary and Benefits Package:
14. Basic salary: £27,000- £29,000
