An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our AIR team as a Customer Service Assistant. This role is designed to provide outbound support to our database of financial advisors, keeping them engaged and informed on all of our business events, interest rates and product offerings
Main role & responsibilities
To demonstrate and continuously embed the company values in every aspect of the role.
To provide outbound support to our advisers over the telephone
Promote services and increase engagement and attendance and events and webinars
To develop knowledge of the Later Life lending market
Build relationships with Advisers and provide system support and guidance
Increase sessions, illustrations and completions, to contribute to the wider business objectives.
Preferred skills & abilities:
Ability to empathise and build rapport with customers is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to liaise with all levels of an organisation; both internal and external.
Ability to work well in a busy and ever-changing environment.
Strong organisational skills.
Confident making outbound service calls to support business objectives
