3. Rated at GOOD with CQC
4. Caters for the elderly & those living with dementia & mental health issues

The Care Home Manager will have 24/7 responsibility for the care home, managing all aspects of resident & staff care alongside a supportive senior management team. You will manage all HR issues, training & supervisions along with ensuring continuing success of CQC grades & occupancy.
About you:
1. NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management
2. Experienced Home Manager of at least 2 years
3. Experience in achieving good CQC grades
4. Excellent CQC & private market knowledge
5. Personable, excellent communication skills & a passion for care
6. Experienced people manager, proven track record of improving occupancy
