Nursery Deputy Manager

Requirements of Deputy Manager:
* Assist the Nursery Manager in delivering management of the nursery and maintain the highest standards of childcare.
* Provide leadership, training, mentorship, and development to the nursery staff team.
* Nursery management experience/childcare leadership experience.
* Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education.
* Paediatric First Aid is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* DSL (preferred).
* A customer service approach, willing to go above and beyond for families.
* A strong record of ongoing training and/or professional qualifications.
* Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare whilst supporting the staff team.
