Scope We are seeking an Interim HR Administrator/Document Processing Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role can be Hybrid. The Specialist will support the Human Capital Group, ensuring that HR processes and documentation align with operational needs. Responsibilities Design, draft, and refine user-friendly training materials tailored for various audiences, including HR, managers, and employees. Develop and document detailed SOPs for critical business processes, focusing on system workflows and approvals (e.g., Workday-related processes). Collaborate with HCG leaders, HR Ops managers, and system leads to gather input, validate content, and address process gaps. Create and maintain clear and concise process documentation, including differentiation of roles and responsibilities. Identify and document process workflows, approval hierarchies, and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Recommend improvements for documentation consistency and accessibility across platforms. Support knowledge transfer activities and provide a comprehensive handover at the end of the contract period. Basic Qualifications 3 years of relevant work experience in training material development, process documentation, or HR systems management. Proven experience in creating training materials and SOPs for complex systems or business processes. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday HCM, Payroll, or related modules is desirable. Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across HR, IT, and operations teams. Experience in developing and documenting workflows, system processes, and approvals. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar documentation platforms. Exceptional project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Methodical thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications Background in HR operations or systems implementation projects is advantageous.
