The Role:
1. Support the Head Chef in running a 100-cover restaurant with a riverside terrace, wedding & events space, and 28-room hotel
2. Lead shifts in the kitchen and train junior chefs
3. Work across all sections, ensuring high-quality dishes & smooth service
4. Oversee prep, stock management, GP control, and kitchen operations
5. Open and close the kitchen safely and efficiently
