Customer Service & Data Processing Doncaster£25k My client is an extremely well-established and one of the UK’s largest pharmaceutical wholesalers & distribution business, and we are proud to support in their search for a Claims Advisor to support within their customer service teams, based within their Doncaster depot. This is a key role where you will be responsible for all data entry into the businesses main database and to ensure all tasks are completed with absolute accuracy and with attention to detail. Customer service also forms the basis of this role with daily interaction with suppliers and customers to ensure all enquiries are dealt with. Monday – Friday09:00 – 17:30 Key Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with all queries over email and telephone.
2. Process Email orders.
3. Process Transfer orders, adding on relevant supplier information and specific order requests.
4. Check customer orders received electronically, amend where necessary and meet set deadlines.
5. Re-key any orders that were credited.
6. Clarifying product, pricing, supply issues etc.
7. Deal with Batch issues.
8. Advise and help customers with out of stock situations.
