The Position Solution Sales Specialist We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and inspiring individual to join our team. As a Solutions Sales Specialist, in the Near Patient Care business area you will have the opportunity to work across our portfolio of Diabetes and Point of Care products and digital solutions. As part of the Near Patient Care business unit, you will work closely with your colleagues to identify opportunities and directly contribute to the Roche Diagnostics 10 year ambition to double patient access to novel, high-medical-value diagnostics solutions. Your key responsibilities Your main focus is in the delivery of the commercial strategy for Near Patient Care products and digital solutions in Wales. Understanding, navigating, and keeping current with the Healthcare system at a local and National level, to enable effective execution of commercial strategies. Stakeholder mapping and engagement with clinical and financial key opinion leaders across Primary, Community and Secondary care to maximise peer to peer influence and advocacy. Building a network of clinical and non clinical advocates and ambassadors who can influence the uptake of the Near Patient Care Portfolio. Supporting and training of healthcare professionals in the use of our solutions. Prospecting and lead generation for the wider near patient care portfolio. Identifying market development and changes in the NHS landscape on your territory (payment, procurement, tendering, and NHS processes) to maximise opportunities/minimise threats. Who you are You enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural, fast paced environment and are eager to act as a catalyst for advancing the Near Patient Care Product & digital portfolio You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (business management, life sciences or nursing fields are preferred), other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is a plus. You have previous sales experience (experience in Diabetes and/or Point of Care is preferred). You posses proficient written and verbal communication English You have exposure to medical and market access topics and experience working cross-functionally You embrace the VACC leadership principles, of visionary, architect, catalyst and coach leadership dimensions.
