Exciting opportunity to join a great team within the Older Persons Mental Health Services on Suite 2 Tonna Hospital.
The ward is a dementia assessment ward with organic Mental Health illnesses.

The post holder will be required to function as a member of the multidisciplinary team, assess individual patients' care needs and subsequently develop, implement and evaluate appropriate programmes of care, acting as Care Co-ordinator for specified patients. They will allocate duties to nursing staff during their span of duty in charge of the ward. The role will include the supervision and instruction of unqualified and junior members of nursing staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
