Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technology? We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support our advanced equipment at customer sites worldwide. This is a key role in ensuring our clients get the best performance from our products, combining technical expertise with customer-facing interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize performance.
4. Provide customer training and support on product usage.
5. Maintain detailed service reports and update internal teams on key findings.
6. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance product reliability.
7. Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Electrical qualification (e.g., 18th Edition) is desirable.
2. Proven experience in a field service or similar technical role.
3. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
4. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
5. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
6. Ability to work independently, managing schedules and travel efficiently.
7. Valid driver's license (travel to customer sites required).
