Budgetary Constraints: Will be responsible for managing budgetary constraints and ensuring effective allocation of resources within the department Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a seasoned leader with a strategic mindset and extensive experience in adult social care and health services. The ideal candidate will have: Visionary Leadership : Experience in leading the development of customer-focused service strategies that prioritise service user voices and promote continuous improvement. Collaboration : The ability to build strong partnerships across sectors and foster a networked governance model to enhance service delivery. Operational Excellence : A proven track record in overseeing service performance and managing resources effectively. Community Engagement : A deep understanding of the importance of community partnerships and safeguarding practices, particularly for vulnerable adults. Experience in Transformation : Leading major change initiatives and advancing service improvements, particularly in areas such as mental health, learning disability services, and housing solutions.
