What Youll Do
* Vacancy Planning: Turn client briefs into sharp, targeted recruitment campaigns.
* Market Insight: Advise on salaries, candidate availability, and sector trends.
* Client Relationships: Provide updates, guidance, and tailored support.
* Sourcing & Screening: Use job boards, networks, and ATS/CRM tools to find and track top talent.
* Compliance: Stay ahead of CQC, Ofsted, and employment legislation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development to align recruitment with client solutions.
What Youll Bring
* Recruitment experience, ideally in health and social care.
* Working knowledge of CQC/Ofsted frameworks.
* Strong communication, commercial instincts, and a data-driven mindset.
