About the Company - Are you someone looking to join a Global Brand Activation agency working alongside some incredible people in their Data and Insights team? We are working with a company who are one of the best in the business, they have a thriving and incredible team and working with some of the world’s biggest businesses within the FMCG, Luxury, Technology and Retail sectors.
About the Role - They are looking for an Account Director to join one of their teams in Cirencester on a 1 Year FTC and work on a well-known brand/account. You will have a fantastic understanding of how CRM works and fits into the overall marketing mix as well as a strong understanding of data/insights. As an established Account Director, you will have managed teams as well as worked on delivery of technical campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
* Lead and manage a team.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams.
* Translate client technical requirements into technical briefs for developers.
* Able to be hands-on with delivery of technical campaigns.
* Manage third-party relationships.
Required Skills
* Fantastic knowledge of Email Marketing.
* Incredible knowledge of CRM and how it fits into the overall marketing mix.
* Strong understanding of Data (Data segmentation, Databases, SCVs etc)
* Able to hold conversations with C-suite clients and confident in talking through technical briefs.
* Strong team management skills.
Pay range and compensation package - Paying a fantastic salary, benefits plus bonus and very strong hybrid working (i.e., 1 to 2 days a week in the office).
