YOUR ROLE We're on the brink of an exciting new chapter with the launch of our state-of-the-art facility in Longtown, and we're looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. As you step into a pivotal role as our Operational Administrator, where you will be the linchpin of day-to-day administrative support for our North operations. Your exceptional organisational skills will ensure the seamless functioning of our operations, and you'll also be the welcoming face for all visitors and KN employees. You will deliver efficient and effective administrative support to our operational business function. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees and handle general QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) tasks throughout the building. Become an integral part of our team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Carry out administrative tasks to support the continued attainment of ISO accreditation for 9001, 14001 & 45001 Key duties will include managing the agencies timesheet reports, raising purchase orders along with ordering and issuing stationery. Checking, forwarding and/or dealing with queries, providing assistance for Road transport time and attendance consolidation and Radio Paging reports. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure customer queries or resolutions are actioned. Provide information and statistical data in various forms, including the production of power point slide decks Administration of QSHE folders to ensure all QSHE documentation is correctly filed and up to date Update / Maintenance of Information Boards including QSHE Notice Board Creation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets to include training matrices YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Strong organisation skills, coupled with excellent levels of attention to detail, the ability to analysis and problem solve Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
