We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to fill a maternity leave position for up to 12 months.
Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
* Respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues collaboratively.
* Process sales orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery statuses.
* Liaise with transport providers to coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with company procedures while performing general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of practical customer service experience; experience in an SME manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
* Professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational abilities.
* Enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude and effective phone communication skills.
* Ability to independently prioritize and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Math, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
