Part Time Customer Experience Advisor Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available Duration: Temporary until March 2025 Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Location: Holmes Chapel Key Duties: Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, responding to inquiries regarding bookings and memberships with accurate and timely information. Assist potential and existing customers by providing detailed explanations of services, membership benefits, and booking procedures. Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, and live chat.
