What You'll Do:
As a Ward Clerk, you will be at the heart of the ward's daily activities. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing patient records with precision and confidentiality.
Coordinating communication between healthcare professionals and patients to facilitate excellent care.
Maintaining an organised and efficient ward environment to enhance both patient and staff experiences.
Performing general administrative duties to support the ward team.
