Assist the Community Learning Disability Team in the management of staff, specifically through day-to-day operational and clinical management where appropriate, contributing to staff appraisal and continuing professional development.
Work with the Service Manager to deliver a service that is soundly evidence-based, has a reputation for quality, and ensures that all available resources are utilized and within budget. Be expected to work flexibly in a joint managerial and clinical role.
