Job Summary
As our Practice Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage clinic operations, including diary management, correspondence, and financial transactions
Coordinate patient-facing services: scheduling appointments, consultations, surgeries, and managing patient enquiries
Oversee administrative functions: facility management, room bookings, maintaining health records, and ensuring confidentiality
Collaborate with health insurers, other clinics, hospitals, and GPs to facilitate clinic operations
Lead and manage the clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A background in healthcare management is essential, with a preference for experience in ophthalmology or eye care services.
