As an integral part of the team, you will support with the publishing of daily communications to all UK & ROI stores, as well as collating and assembling the Daily Field email to our Field Teams. Working alongside the relevant stakeholders, you will also play a key part in making sure all information and content is up to date and relevant across our channels, having a 'simpler for stores' approach to keeping communications and content clear and succinct. About the role The Stores Communications Team is a small but fundamental team within the Central Operations function, and plays an essential role in being the communications link between the numerous Support Office functions and our 2,300 stores across the UK and ROI. The Stores Communications Team provides cover from 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (with some flexibility for occasional out of core hours working). Key responsibilities of the role include: Support with communications to UK & ROI stores and field teams ensuring they are accurate, planned and relevant Check all content is correct, current, and updated in line within the Content SLA Ensuring all Governance Principles are communicated and upheld by all stakeholders User Lists kept up to date and checked regularly Ensuring all communications are in line with the activity plan Creation of daily field emails Content and hub creations on BootsLive (Prime Communications Channel) Building missions on MyHub (Operational Communications Chanel) What you'll need to have Keen eye for detail when proof reading communications Excellent relationship building and networking skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the business The ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future Effective communication skills providing clarity to stores at all times Competent on key IT programmes Simpler for Stores mind-set It would be great if you also have An understanding of stores, operational and commercial activity Knowledge and experience of design programmes (InDesign/Powerpoint/Poppulo) Our benefits Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Flexible benefits scheme including holiday buying, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and more.
