Join a leading firm in the industry as a Tax and Treasury Manager. This pivotal role involves managing tax strategy, compliance, and treasury operations to optimise financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop tax strategies aligned with business goals.
* Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations across multiple locations.
* Prepare and review tax returns and advise on transaction tax implications.
* Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management.
* Manage banking relationships and optimise payment processes.
* Lead financial reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
* Develop and mentor a small team of accounts payable professionals.
Qualifications:
* Relevant degree and professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
* Minimum five years of experience in tax or treasury management.
* Strong knowledge of UK and European tax laws.
* Proven leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
